Our SX5255TBS Chip Sealer is a truck-mounted design,and mainly used for simultaneously spraying asphalt and spreading chips (crushed stone ),which ensure the best binding between asphalt and chips.This technique is cost-effective ,making the road surface highly wearproof ,highly antiskid and waterproof ,extending the service life of the road ,quickly resuming the traffic etc.The technique is proved to be adcanced ,scientific and highly efficicent ,In addition ,the chip sealer can also be used to separately spraying asphalt and chips in special conditions .

Main Performance Characteristics:

◇ All operations can be performed by one operator in Cab.

◇ It can spray various asphalt, and especially can show great advantages for modified asphalt and rubber asphalt.

◇ Asphalt and Chippings application rate is controlled by computer, and is independent of the truck speed.

◇ An intelligent linkage between asphalt and chippings spreading systems.

◇ Advanced heating and circulating system, to ensure the asphalt pipelines and nozzles “not to be blocked” and “not need to be washed by diesel oil”.

◇ Uniquely combined aggregate bin with lower height, which is advantaged to work under viaduct and tunnel.

◇ Opening and closing of the aggregate bin gate are controlled by pneumatic control valve. Every bin gate and nozzle can be controlled separately.

◇ Equipped with Monitoring System, working specifications can be displayed on display screen at any time.

◇ Besides Main Control System, equipped with Standby Control System. Once the Main Control System fails, the Standby Control System will start to work.
