Liquid Asphalt Tanker
This tanker is mainly used for carrying liquid asphalt in a short, middle and long distance. It is introduced auto-ignite Burner to heat up asphalt and preserve heat. Liquid asphalt can be filled by own asphalt pump or through manhole, and can be discharged by pump or self-flow.
The truck-mounted asphalt tanker is composed of truck chassis, asphalt tank, hydraulic system, pumping and circulating system(optional), heating system, etc.
Main Performance Characteristics:
- It’s suitable to various working conditions with large traction load.
- Rectangular/Oval cross-section asphalt tank with 100mm thickness rock wool insulation layer, low center of gravity and large load.
- Multifunctional pumping system, can meet various requirements of asphalt storage and carrying:
a) Drain asphalt by self-flow when storage tank lower than its tank ;
b) Drain asphalt by its pump when storage tank higher than its tank;
c) Fill asphalt by its pump;
d) Fill asphalt by out-source pump through the manhole on the top of tank ;
e) Circulating asphalt in tank when heating up asphalt;
- Asphalt pump and thermal oil are driven hydraulically with reliable transmission and convenient operation.
- Asphalt tank equipped with hot oil heating system, which introduces Italy BALTUR auto-ignite Burner.
- Asphalt tank is equipped with float ball level gauge and warning system.
